Gypsum Board Ceiling Works

Gypsum Board with required thickness shall be fixed on aluminum furring suspension frame system. The aluminum suspension system shall be comprise of furring channel, main channel and wall angle. The spacing and size of the channels shall be decided as per the ceiling span. Galvanized threaded rod or aluminum wall angle profile shall be used as vertical support which shall be fixed on concrete slab by using wedge anchor bolt.

Gypsum Board partition Wall

Gypsum board with required thick shall be fixed on the frame work made of Galvanized iron profiles i.e. stud and track. The spacing of stud shall be decided according to the height and span length of the wall to be made. Insulation materials such as rock-wool or mineral wool may be sandwiched in between gypsum board to achieve the required acoustic property of the wall. After completing the boarding works on both sides of the wall, taping, jointing and sanding works shall be performed to achieve the required finishing of the wall. The property of Gypsum board may vary for different types of wall such as fire resistant, moisture resistant etc.

Cement Board Partition Works

Cement board with required thick shall be fixed on the frame work made of Galvanized iron profiles i.e. stud and track. The spacing of stud shall be decided according to the height and span length of the wall to be made. After completing the boarding works on both sides of the wall, taping, jointing and sanding works shall be performed to achieve the required finishing of the wall. Cement Board Partition walls are preferred for wet areas such as toilet walls, kitchen walls etc.
